Where We Work

CES is an independently owned Electrical Services company with over 25 years of experience both in commercial and domestic projects. Based locally in Brighton, many of our projects are Sussex based, however we travel across the South East including London for commercial works.
Our contracts range from the smaller domestic and maintenance jobs that come in day to day to the larger commercial building projects that include new build developments, warehouse and lift supplies and renovations/extensions.

Our Team

Our team are overseen by company owner David Maskell who has spent years running various sized projects from initial drawings to fruition and can provide guidance and design specifications if involved in the early planning of projects, which will ensure both budget and the running of the project work seamlessly.

We are registered with the NICEIC as approved contractors and are assessed on a regular basis to ensure that we are competent and capable of meeting the relevant technical and safety standards and code of practice for both domestic and commercials projects.
CES is part of the Safecontractor scheme which ensures we are assessed on our health and safety procedures, which provides reassurance to our clients who use this service as part of their projects.
All of our installation team are competent 17th edition IEE electricians.

Certifications

Safecontractor was initially developed as a bespoke project for a Property Management client who wished to outsource the annual vetting of contractors on its approved list. Interest shown by other similar clients identified the potential for a standardised system that could be offered to the whole of the company's client base.
NiCEIC is the UK electrical contracting industry’s independent voluntary body and CES is an accredited member. The NiCEIC offer leading certification services, Building Regulations Schemes, products and support to electrical contractors and many other trades within the construction industry.
